Consultancy services

Together with our customers, we share our knowledge and experiences attained during our many years of service in the maritime industry, more specifically in maritime procurement and supply management. Training services

We always strive to improve the welfare of seafarers, thus we are very proud to offer on-board, onshore and remote training of galley personnel, ensuring those who serve at sea eat quality food and meals. Many of our courses are bespoke and designed for the individual learning needs of the cook or company.

We offer affordable accredited first-class training as:

HORECA-accredited Professional European Chef program (PEC)

Through partnerships with a number of accredited training partners in Europe, we offer access to the HORECA-accredited Professional European Chef program (PEC). Trainees attending this course will be educated through workshop seminars, classroom-based theoretical and practical skills training at an established cookery school facility.

We offer our trainees a pick & drop-service from vessel or airport and back.
