What we do



In our passion for improving the welfare of seafarers we offer our customers the option of on board, on shore and remote online training of their galley personnel.

Our Superintendents have created a marine industry specific training syllabus that is being taught by accredited training experts at specialised campuses in Manila, Mumbai and Nantong. The intensive courses equip participants with the fundamentals of the culinary arts and management techniques, with the objective of enabling the cooks to comply with current legislation and regulations.

Ongoing vocational training is available from our online cookery school - an area pioneered by Garrets. The online cookery school is a fully integrated experience that mirrors an actual culinary curriculum, supporting instructional cooking video lessons, practice video recipes and culinary cooking exercises with progress reporting, cooking quizzes, and personal chef support.
