With the Stores Shopper, Garrets has developed an intuitive purchasing portal that simplifies the order process and makes ordering of stores items easier for vessels while at sea.
This is what Garrets offers with the Stores Shopper. The digital tool enables the crew at sea to order the stores items needed while being able to follow/track the order from submitting an RFQ to receiving a quote.The solution’s simple-to-use features allow the vessels to easily manage orders by adding new or frequently ordered items to the order list or simply by reusing previous orders. The vessels can plan and coordinate purchases, track purchases on an ongoing basis and ensure that spend is in compliance with budget.
With its offline functionality, the Stores Shopper gathers all products in an offline product catalogue, enabling the order managers at sea far from internet access to easily search, browse and order from a product selection tailored to the specific vessel.
Launched earlier this year, Garrets has currently 80% of its stores clients live on the Stores Shopper. The solution has been well received by clients who, besides offering valuable feedback on features and functions, have experienced that their order process has become more organized and easier, and that the order related communication flow consolidated in one place.
