Business Transformation Manager - Nørresundby, Denmark

We are seeking to recruit a capable and enthusiastic colleague to join our Strategy & Transformation team. The role is about creating and implementing change in the business to progress Garrets’ strategic objectives, to be a true agent of change. It is mainly a project management role with an emphasis upon IT system implementations and so would suit someone with knowledge and experience of IT projects and how to deploy technical change in a business.

Garrets International operates as a division of the wider Wrist Group. We operate from our headquarter in Nørresundby were this position is located, but also have branches in Romford, United Kingdom, Singapore and Manila, the Philippines.

You will play an important role in:

• Scoping requirements for change and facilitating workshops to capture these requirements
• Developing, owning and managing project plans with regular reporting of progress and managing project risks and issues
• Working closely with technical teams in a Group IT function and project scrum teams to ensure that deliveries progress to plan
• Holding the role of business product owner for one or more key IT applications
• Supporting business readiness activities to ensure that customers and internal teams are prepared ahead of change implementation activities - with respect of the complexity driving the people side of change when implementing new initiatives
• Contributing to business case development and running internal improvements initiatives

Furthermore the role will require close working with teams at all levels in the Garrets business, our central Group IT function and also be expected to work with our customers.

What you bring to Garrets:

• You come with at least 2-3 years of change management – preferably with an IT focus
• A solid knowledge of different project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience as an IT application product owner advantageous but not essential
• You are passionate about deliveries and proactively drive execution of our initiatives
• Confident presenter and great communication skills
• You think as a team player, bring a high level of personal drive and have a professional approach but also appreciate the social part of working and bringing in humor in a sometimes hectic day
• It’s advantageous if you bring in knowledge of working with masterdata and analytics
• Excellent English language skills both verbal and written and able to travel internationally if needed
